I just saw a smoother slope (from omanzo02) which is less annoying to inconsiderate drivers, and will also improve safety for children.

With optimal slope abi gradient of slope there is safety for everyone.

The slope/gradient is less annoying when you keep a maximum speed of 30km/h as specified by the driving code lol, the ones below are the most annoying thresholds, the idea behind all of them is that they are designed to get your vehicle suspension to teach you a valuable lesson, example, if you drive over one at a maximum speed of 37km I bet you won't driven over a second one at that speed. Trust.

The reason for the speed bumps is to reduce the rate of speed these motorists apply on the roads. They see these less busy roads to show their formula 1 skills thereby hitting innocent pedestrians and some of them will even run away.
When these cars hit someone close to you, then you'll see the need for the speed bumps.
If the man lives in the street, I bet he didn't contribute to make these speed bumps. He's the one oppressing people in the street because he managed to have one rickety car.

Let's assume that speed bump was illegally put there. Who, and what gives him the authority ot destroy it?
Why not take the issue to the authorities as he himself advised?
Secondly, after destroying it, he clearly left the debris there on the road. Is that making the road safer?

are air crafts lighter or heavier, and how do they fly? Physics basics .
A car is shaped like an airfoil (like a wing of a bird or plane). As the car accelerates the air moves faster around it and you get a vertical force that lifts it from the ground. As the uplifting force increases, it reaches a point where the force of gravitation gets negated and the tip of the car gets lifted up. Now the moving air gets blocked in front of it and instead of moving around it and air pressure increases. It pushes against the (rising) bottom of the car, the results is shown in the pic below
Also note that sport cars or race cars are designed to restrict airflow from below the car and convert flow over to hold the car to the ground, avoiding front lift and flips , hence you are warned not to drive at high speeds when the tarmac is wet due to low traction , cars become light and the slightest loss of control results to temporarily loss of gravity
