You are right, Nigerians make up the police, customs etc, Nigerians are the ones in public offices, when we change, we will definitely change this system, because any incoming political office holder, works as good as the system is.

Insecurity getting to the rich men, government officials... that is it when you do not make the economy to be good and better..you provide bad goverance... poverty hunger hardship unemployment inflation..bad economy..this will lead to high rate of insecurity and it will gradually get to the politcians, government and rich men

Provide good goverance, make the economy to be good and better, provide jobs for the youths, make the environment conducive for bussinesses to strive so that jobs...direct and indirect jobs can be available for the youths...but you politcians will not like to do all this things but to be looting money and abandon the poor man and the youths in poverty hunger hardship...they say an angry man is a frustrated and angry man
