Boiled eggs can explode in a microwave and even ruin it.
Plastics are of course ideal for microwaves abi na metal them supposed use?.
That would be another disaster.

I use microwavable plastic and glass wares.
I'm never able to find good ceramic in Naija these days and as such end up having the plate chipping off in the microwave so I don't bother using ceramics again.
