There is nothing special about sleeping 4am and waking up 10 am. There is no difference between a man that sleep by 10pm and wake up by 4am and a man that sleep by 4am and wake up by 10am, all of them sleep for 6 hours. The time a man sleeps doesn't matter what matters is his ability and capacity to handle issues when he wakes up. Sleeping by 4am is not a sign of capacity is just a choice of sleeping time.
