The Presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Mr Peter Obi has identified his top priorities immediately after winning the 2023 elections. “After we win the 2023 elections, we intend to use the instruments of job creation and regenerative investments to drastically reduce the high incidence of insecurity and poverty, while moving the economy from the consumptive to the productive mode,” Obi told party members at the Labour Party and The Coalition For Peter Obi (CPO) Leadership Summit in Abuja on Thursday. He lamented the total collapse of the economy including insecurity, rampant inflation, the closure of universities, power shortages and a lack of unity among the ethnic groups in the country.
