This Fisherman soup is majorly prepared by those from the South-South region of Nigeria.
It's protein is basically gotten from the sea or river. The Nigerian Fisherman soup recipe is seafood dominated and tastes so delicious and finger licking.

This video details the step by step guide on how to make the Fisherman soup by yourself, I know you will love it.

Ingredients:

Red Tilapia fish
Shrimps
Prawns
Periwinkles
Ngolo (sea snails)
Snails
Uziza seeds
Uziza leaves
Palm oil
Ofor (for thickening, you can also alternate with Cocoyam)
Yellow scent pepper
Red pepper
Onions

It's not my favourite protein so am not really bothered. The money for 5 snails can give me 1 kilo of Turkey meat.

I love this woman cooking, she is always cooking healthy food not like that channel1 that think she knows how to cook.

if channel1 given same resource as our madam here, she will also do better but the taste will be decided by those who eat their foods and compare. that food in the pictures worth 20k compare to 1,500 budget for channel1 food. let's respect anyone that enter kitchen and cook. it's not easy

madam take it easy, it's obvious channah1 isn't as rich as op but at least she dey try because seeing channel1 pot alone isn't appealing at all but we are just living our life and hope for better days ahead. don't look down on anyone in life , if channel1 is given same resource, I think she will do better as well.

@topic, I can't really say why l detest snails and also pork meat, pork ribs etc. I just don't eat them and this is from my childhood.

My favorite meats are Goat meat, fish / fishes >> all kinds of fish), Turkey, skinless chicken, and for seafoods, I am also picky, l don't eat fresh shrimps or crabs, I prefer dried or fried shrimps, I eat red meat eg cow meat once in a while, I like kpomo, shaki, bokoto etc
