Why is it that when you say you want a better Nigeria without mentioning the name of any candidate, everybody will think you are talking about Peter Obi?

Because they're Obi supporters.

The responsible ones in Dubai are just scared of riff raffs trying to export their careless attitude into Dubai, and in the process damaging the reputation of the sane Nigerians in Dubai.
Your post clearly exposes the toxic behaviours of Nigerians living abroad,a nigerian is a nigeria, whether you are a leader or a follower.they can be a spoiler in most cases. In the US most established and responsible nigerians don,t want to be indentified as one, because they don't want to be stained.

To those of you insulting that guy, i think I need to let u know something. Wetin that guy dey talk na 1000000% true but one thing be say dog wey wan lost no they hear him master warning.

I'm currently in Dubai and I know what Nigerians are going through. What helped me in getting a job after 5 months was because I have like 2 elder brothers who don dey here for some years now, they even want to use me to play politics by giving another white guy job opportunity despite the fact that I was the most qualified candidate but with the intervention of high rank staffs in the company, the HRs have no choice than to give it to me, you can now imagine someone that doesn't have anybody here.

On every job portal, it is clearly stated on about 85% of them that Nigerians should not apply at all because of the employment ban that was placed on us since early last year. There was an interview that I and some other Naija guys went to, they clearly told us to go out because Nigerians are not needed.
Come and see many of our ladies, they've all turned to prostitute because dem no see work do, our guys don become beggar for streets. Many of our people( both male and female) are sleeping on bare floor at junctions since they have no place to put their head.

I can only advice my fellow brethren back home to chill for sometime pending the time the UAE government will lift the ban but if you know you want to risk it, pls make sure you have enough money for feeding and accomodation for like up to 6 months because nothing is free in UAE o, infact ur own blood sef go shenk you if care is not taking. Pls think twice

God bless

All these people saying why can't he come back, you don't know what is happening in UAE.
I lived in the UAE for 3year before Coming back. There are actually no jobs for Nigerians there anymore. If you see 10 job adverts, 6 will say no Africans, the rest who accept Africans will say No Nigerians. For 2years now there is a ban on employment visa for Nigerians in UAE.
80% of Nigerians in UAE don't have papers so you have to wait for any time the country offers amnesty to people without visas before you can travel and moreover most Nigerians over there can't even afford flight tickets to come back
Those who have jobs and employment visas and those who manage to get jobs without visas are owed for months without pay.
Don't listen to the sweet words of visa agents or be carried away by pictures and videos posted by people in UAE. If u want to japa, avoid Asian countries.

Enemy of progress, ask him to come back to Nigeria first. It is senseless to discourage people from Abroad. Morally wrong.

Job no Dey but you no Wan come back

What he's saying is true.
My brother came back on December to do things concerning his wife's marriage rite. He went back and no more job for him. He tried all he could. No way. This is someone that has spent 5yrs in Dubai.

After searching for 6 months, no way, he had to run back to Naija before he finishes all the money with him and get stranded there.
He said the the government has cancelled giving job to Nigerians.
He's now in Nigeria planning another country to move to.

Reason why my brother don't want to come home for now. He said if you mistakenly leave your job to come home before you arrived at your country Airport they will immediately replaced you with Indian or Lebanese. Is that one a better place to go? God go punish all Nigerian politicians making NIGERIA a hell for us.

My brother he his saying the truth, I personally know 2 guys from my area that went there around January and they are currently back home because they couldn't secure a job. The story is the same for other Nigerians.

The only Nigerians over there with jobs are those that have been there before the work visa ban against Nigerian started.

I have a friend there who went like 2-3 years ago, he warned those 2 guys not to come that there is no work for Nigerians but they thought he didn't want them to come ni.

That is what most of them do.

Those money that they gather for travel, if they are smart and cooperative they can make businesses in Nigeria, or in Africa, they can gather money.

But we are hardly cooperative, disciplined and accountable, or highly skilled.

There are many ideas, just waiting for disciplined, cooperative, accountable, people, but we are lawless and tend to look for quick gains.

At the end of the day, with our souls we add value to other foreign industries, while we attack our peoples industries in our localities.

We do the heavy lifting but we are not into the details, until the heavy lifting is not required.
