It is only in Lagos you see Local Government building hospitals and schools. In other states, LGAs are dead and this is causing people not to feel governance hence impoverished.

This also fuels rural-urban migrations and causing the overburdening or facilities in urban areas

Many people dont things are free in primary health centers. I was in one of the primary health centers some years to collect hepatitis vaccine. It was free and it was very easy.

No big deal. Oyo state too has over 774 PHC in every ward in the 33LG of Oyo state with about 300 just newly renovated and equipped. Some were even upgraded to about two storey buildings. States wey no get money reach Lagos dey do this so it isn't a big deal.

Did you read what I said well sha? Yes Oyo has almost 774 PHC. We have one PHC in each and every ward while about 400 are being renovated and upgraded
