That's why borrowing to fix railways instead of power was the most useless decision Buhari ever made. Nigeria was doing just fine without railways.

So why defend what you know extremely nothing about? When will fuel price cost #400 per litre? Is it after subsidy removal now or when they first claim they removed it?
