Same judicial system. Are you insinuating that the lower courts were corrupted by Elrufai? If so why didn't the DSS appeal the judgement in the higher courts? You can't defend your position that Peter obi and the DSS didn't violate Elrufai's rights by illegally detaining him in an Anambra hotel, and if you still insist that they did, don't come here wailing when Elrufai decides to return the favor.
