Most people don't plaster both but this is poor and dangerous practice. The best practice is to protect the inner blocks from waste water and household chemicals which over time will weaken the already sometimes poor quality blocks. In such situation, you run the risk of collapse due to weakened blocks. So close eye and nylon plaster both to protect the blocks.

Getting rich overnight syndrome. Do these people doing these think of damage fake cables can do to someone investment? Sir, this septic tank caught my attention. Would you mind to explain why it was partitioned into 3 parts?. With this system, do you still need a soak away pit? Do you have a separate system for wastes coming from the kitchens and bathrooms?
I have a rental build that's expected to accommodate between 32 to 40 people. so, we did 14x6x10ft septic with soak away of 6x6x6ft. Both will take care of the poop. We are digging a hole of about 15 rings depth for the water coming from the kitchens and bathrooms.
I don't know if you have a better suggestion. Thank you.

So Yesterday: A thief was caught in a street, closer to a site (that we're transforming~ interior). He broke through the fence of another compound just to gain access to a site, to steal Wires. Similar Situation at one of our site, broke through the Pop just to gain access to the building & stole the wires .
Last year , thief/thieves bypassed an heavily guarded Estate Securities just to steal Wires
Of course other things might get stolen. (Many Similar Stories also, here on this thread)

What they need is the copper . Copper is very expensive now and one thing that baffles me most is the amount they are are selling those cables .. The last one that happened on my site, the river all cables worth of 975k and sold it as scrap for just 25k .. imagine that. Unemployment is the main issues in this country.

That's asbestos ceiling boards... It comes in 1.20 metres (4 feet) x 1.20 metres (4 feet). The price of one board is between 3200 to 3800.

Fascia board that you loosely called facing comes in 25mm thickness by 300mm width with a common length of 3600mm in many parts of the country. While on Benin City, for instance, the length comes in 5400mm...Due to this varying length, the price also varies. Need I add that we've both softwood and hardwood for fascia boards. Softwoods are used for formwork while hardwoods are used for works such as roofing, furniture etc.

For ceiling purpose, you would need hardwood. The average price of 25mm x 300mm x 3600mm (commonly called 1' x 12' x 12 feet) is around 3300 to 3800. But for the longer length, 5400mm, it is around 5300 to 6000.

The price are okay but instead of buying TS303 200ml at 35k,You can go for 1liter at 2500per one(Lagos price) 7pieces is more than enough.
But another suggestion,Build something(commercial house) ontop the decking and roof it.instead of spending that much just to cover the decking from leaking. I thought it's only where the Tank is that's leaking before.
