It was during one of the fuel scarcity in GEJ tenure, public vehicles were scarce, I've waited for long at bus stop, a bus eventually stopped in my rear. I was going to hopp in but was stopped by the bus conductor. He in lie allowed another passenger coming behind me to occupy the vacant seat, I was really annoyed and disturbed for the deprivation. I waited for another and was lucky to get one in due time, we moved for just 5 minutes and met this bus (the one that denied me a chance) had lost his break and got spill over some barricade iron. I was amused at the view, many people at the entrance of the door were seriously injured. I could only stand and watch with my wide opened mouth. Ofcourse we live to die sometimes, but death can be very selective at times

July 31st 2001, around 7am at PWD bus stop, Ikeja. I was about to cross the rail track, I got absent minded and forgot myself right there on the rail track. A train was coming from Ikeja along inward Oshodi and was seriously hooting it's horns. I could only hear the horn faintly from background because I was far gone in my absent mindedness and of course wasn't even aware of the fact I was about to be crushed by the fast approaching train.

All of a sudden, a very tall and dark complexioned elderly man clad in white native attire with pure white grey hair both on his head and face came from only God knows where, took me by my hand and gently lifted me out of the track and just then the train zoomed past. Then I regained my consciousness. Onlookers gathered around me, some of them were abusing me and one of them asked "why you come jump commot for the railway?" I replied that an elderly man lifted me out and they asked "which elderly man?. I was about to point to him and realised he wasn't anymore. Some of them actually thought I had mental issues.

Since then July 31st became my second birthday.

Wowwwww, chilling experience... Thank God for your life.

I think I was 1994,I went with some secondary school friends to Tarkwa bay beach.My friends knew I am ijaw and so they wanted me to impress them with my swimming skills

I got into the water and started swimming,while some stood on the shore hailing and encouraging me to go on,I got carried away by the hailings and started swimming deep away from shore,sudenly I realized how far I have gone and decided to turn back,it was then I realized that I was in a big trouble.

Coming back became an almost impossible task,as I was beginning to get tired and was far from the shore.
Nobody knew what I was going through at this point so they waited patiently for me to get back to land.
At a point I gave up and decided to rest while I was still far from land,but at this point something miraculous happened,my legs hit the floor.till today I don't know what happened,that place was supposed to be very deep and I would have drowned.

I rested for a while,regain strength and swam back to shore.My friends where hailing me for daring to go that far,but I was speechless, because I was wondering about what just happened.

God spared my life that day because He had a plan for me.

Mine was when I got bitten by a snake.
It then I got experience how a snake venom circulates the body system.
It was dark at night 8-9pm ok and my little bro were walking along a bushy walk way I was with the torch light so I let my little bro leads while I walk behind remember was a bushy walk way the snake wanna cross from onside of the road to another but unfortunately met with my left leg and bit me immediately I noticed somthin like ting on my foot I pointed torch light and the snake was already heading back to bush so I remove my thick and heavy slippers and threw it at the snake and the snake turned towards me again then I quickly remove the second and hit the snake several times with it untill am sure it dead,all this happened within 2minutes,my little bro vanished the moment I shouted snake has bitten me.
I started running home bare footed before I could get home my left leg was already as heavy as anything then my dad started crying saying oh my only son without wasting time there was village healer I knew so I told them to take me there we were almost to his place then I notice my vision became blur and inky that's all I could remember....I woke up the next day and I was celebrated for waking. Glory to God

I was quite Young then. I went to bar Beach in Lagos during festive period and entered the water swimming then lost my balance. I saw myself going.. I mean I was being carried away by tide. All of a sudden a man sighted me and a very good swimmer.. started swimming against the tide towards me and held my hand. Pulled me on his back and brought me out. May God continually bless the man in Jesus name.

Death is not scary when u have Jesus christ as ur personal lord and saviour. When u're born again satan is even scared of killing u because he knows that where u will go after death is better nd joyous. I won't say i am born again but i pray 4 God's help every day. The truth is that u will die one day. It may be dis night, 2moro, one or 50 yrs frm.

Mine was when i was just employed as a dispatch rider in Mushin Lagos. My speedometer is 110. Each time am riding the bike my mind keeps telling me " can i run 110?" So on this faithful day i was on oworonsoki express way with high speed of over 90. And a danfo bus was in front of me but with a big gap also on high speed. Suddenly a passenger tried to stop the danfo and the danfo reduced speed and trying to pack. I just bend my bike trying to overtake the danfo. Immediately the passenger mentioned where she was going and the place wasn't the danfo's route. The danfo just turned steering to enter express. All i could heard was parrrrrrr!!! I can't jump away from the bike because of the bus attached to it. The bike dragged me along the express. Only for me to just regained my senses but I don't really know where i was at the moment. Someone just told me " God save you" i ask which motor hit me the motor is no where to be found. Thank God some dispatch riders gathered around me. One took me on is bike to my home. while a man help me to park my bike at his working place till when my friend went to bring the bike home. Praise the Lord!!!.
Am still a rider. But always careful with maximum speed of 60

Me and my friend went swimming, after my mum has warned me never to go swimming again.
But that very day, me, my mum and my sister went to our farm that is located in the riverine side. When I was cultivating the farm land, I was very very tired and decided to go swimming with me friend to regain my energy so as to continue the cultivation. I wasn't that very good at swimming but was learning how to swim during that period of farming. My friend was good at it, so, he told me to come
lets both of us swim across the river, i.e to the other side of the river. This said river divides two clans ukana and afaha clan. At first, I felt reluctant but I later took the challenge. The journey begins, we successfully crossed over to the other side of the river, I was very happy not knowing what is about to happen to me. After staying there for some minutes, they said we should swim back to our starting point that's where the problem started. I was scared to enter the water again. Most of my friends left me with only one of my friends left with me. He begged me to jumped in but I refused. He then told me he is swimming back since I don't want to return to the other side of the river. When I was contemplating on how to dive in, something like a fly came and bite me that was when my brain rest. My guy dived in, I joined him with immediate effect without wasting a split second. On our way to the other side, something terrible happened. Me and my guy went deep down the river and we were caught up in between the water current. My guy was struggling to escaped the water current while me was still underwater trying to come up. While he was fighting with the water current, I was coming up from the underwater, so my guy placed his leg on my head and jumped out of the river current to the other side that is accessible by foot without telling anybody what has happened. Me on the other side, I went deep deep deep deep deep into the bottom of the river without seeing any light again, everywhere was dark as black. The next thing my mind was telling me was that, hey guy, u are in the underworld. Before I could say jack my brain reset, that was when I started throwing myself up, for 4 good consecutive times before I could see a tiny light from the sun. It didn't end there ooo, the water current was waiting for me. When I finally came to the river surface, then I started my own struggle with the water current that was how I dislocated my right shoulder. When i gave up, stretched my leg but fortunate for me I was able to touch a sand. Guy, come see jump. Since then, I've never near river again.

Almost got run over by a trailer in JSS2 when I tried to cross ilasamaja express road. Didn't know the service lane allowed drivers to drive both ways. I only looked to my right and crossed.

Had a head-on collision while doing a bungling overtake early morning. Both cars were completely smashed in half. Yet we both came out wondering what happened, as if we had just woken up from a nightmare. Not a single scratch on my body and hers. This was truly a miracle of my life. Back then in uni, was waiting for a friend outside her compound around 8pm and I was playing candy crush with my phone. Two slim dudes (probably cultists) approached me and requested for my phone but I refused to give them. One of them told the other to "light this guy, collect that kapa". Na so one brought out a gun and tried shooting but nothing happened. He hit my head with the butt of the gun and at that same moment I pushed the one blocking my path, na so I take run dey shout thieves. Before people come out them don jakpa.
