Federal govt can't make d area a restricted zone or militarized zone abi, to pay 4bn monthly to a non state actor that funds oil bunkering for collect money to stop what he operates, a way to siphon govt money bah, a shoot at sight order should be given for any intruder after the whole of oil rig has been restricted, they would think twice b4 they go to bunk this places, drones and UMV should be deployed, security cameras and low yield mines should be used
