If we had invested 60% of the money we borrowed, by now, our investments would have serviced our debts.

Buhari is making solid plans for post-Nigeria independent Northern republic.
All the monies he borrowed are actually part of the strategic plans for the smooth take off of Republic the North.
Ask yourself what they have done with all the trillions.
