If they are system apps then you can't... Only way that is even possible is if you root the device.. or you look for a PC software that can be used to debloat Android OS, some are even strong enough to remove GMS. You don't need this exaggeration na. Note 4 camera better than the note 8? Even if you had gcam installed on the note 4 ( I hope you know the processes involved? Unlock bootloader, enable camera2api), installing gcam on the note 8 is straight forward. The note 8 camera is miles ahead that of the note 4 if you compare stock for stock, and gcam for gcam.
