Discovered a new noodle recipe today.
My inspiration came from watching South Korean series wherein the actors are never in want of big dishes filled with dark multi-colored 'wet' noodles

Ingredients
1. Chicken sausage
2. Green leaves
3. Crayfish
4. Onions
5. An extra noodle spice

1. First stir fry the diced sausages and onions. 2. Add water, bring to a boil then add the noodles and crayfish.
3. Cook until the noodle is almost done then add the diced vegetable.
4. It's important the noodles aren't dry..This recipe only works when the noodles are 'wet' like soup. It needs to drip in its juices so add a little bit more water to get the desired outcome.

Tip: A pack of the prepacked noodle spices simply won't do. So be ready with a spare (add all the pepper component in the spare and a third of the salted part).

Trust me, this recipe tastes fantastic! Feel free to garnish with eggs etc. I kept mine simple with the sausages.

Exactly my style except it's missing Soy/oyster sauce which gives it the "Umami" flavor.
I prefer to use pork instead of beef and blue dragon noodles which is more expensive but tastier and also tomatoes and if I'm feeling extravagant, smoked fished and prawns, enough proteins for the body.

I would be experimenting with indomie relish or oriental fried noodles soon, might make a post. Nice thread. Your food looks good and tasty.
