Na only the hot headed ones who are not very busy fit get that kind time. . That asides, they don't send , but depending on his/her tone if you're being questioned how you got his/her number, if you don't have an answer that carries weight, take some time off before trying your luck again.

I know three persons that got job through this means. Even DSS job... THE LAST SET.. A GUY GOT IT THRU someone very close to DGSS... He was fortunate to get his phone no....DSS is a secret agency. Arrest us for what exactly? For asking them for help. Are they not elected by us in that position to provide jobs for the youths. Some of us in this country are the problem why we have not moved forward because we refuse to do the right thing and when someone choose to do the right thing we condem it.
