Mumu, Lagos State was never under Action Group, it was the Federal Capital Territory under the Jurisdiction of the Federal Government.

Lagos became a State in 1967, shortly after Action Group had seized to exist.

The Federal Government developed all those places you mentioned.

Victoria Island was bought from the Oniru Family in the 1950’s, then moved the settlers of Victoria Island to the Maroko, now Lekki axis today.

Victoria Garden City were I live was opened in 1994, Where was Bola Tinubu in 1994?

Buba Marwa was even a better governor than tinubu because he almost eradicated crime with operation sweep but when tinubu came in in 1999 arm robbery and killings was the order of the day which necessitated the forming of OPC by Ganiyu Adams. Tinubu was a failure.Then oshodi was something indescribable until same Ambode he removed built it and fashola did a good job too but was being extorted by his godfather tinubu through alpha beta and they had a fight then due to tinubu insatiable greed. Lagos debt now is more than $1b

Since you couldn't engage your brain to know that Nigeria govt was operating a true federalism as at that time. Hence, there was western region which included 97% of Lagos which was being managed by Awolowo as the premier of western region. As matter of fact, Ikeja was Awolowo's brain child.

Secondly, Lagos then was different from the Lagos today which was created in 1967. Lagos then was only Lagos Island occupied by federal government. Other western areas that became part of the Lagos today was under Awolowo.
