I think it's gotten when u renew ur car papers. But the thing is not all traffic light has the camera

I think Nigeria is improving gradually, because i believe the camera on the road must have captured his number plate and from there, they ran his license and got his information.

Number plates are now randomly scanned via cctv and otherwise to catch traffic offenders and those driving without renewing licenses

My little token of info and advice. Thanks*
