Correct. Elections are won with votes from across the demographic groups of an electorate.

Youths and the educated tend to be on social media and are more confident speaking public. Meanwhile Mama Mulikat and co have no interest in noosemaking and don't even use the net let alone social media.

All those structure you talk about is just people helping in mobilization. Anybody can do that. Unless you mean "rigging structure".
