Whenever the Court establishes that the documents he put forward are inconsistent, his victory will be null & void ab initio.

Sheriff won on a technicality, not on merit, I am sorry for pdp Delta State, they will fight themselves to a loss.

There will be accelerated hearing until September 2.
Today, Akan Etim, the man who wanted a joinder appeared today with a document from the CoA in Cali, requesting he grants leave of Court to Appeal. His joinder application was dismissed last month.

So, the Court granted him leave but refused Stay of Proceedings as his case will not affect this one. It is likely Akan Okon will be in the box tomorrow.

That was when agegr was finding his feet na.but he has consolidated his hold on delta central.he is far more popular than sheriff.as a DSP,he has federal might and will overrun Delta central.with ibori working against sheriff,it will be too much for sheriff.delta south will be the decider and agege has divided them.personally I'll have preferred agege goes back to the senate and become SP but I feel he has done his homework well
