I'm in Warri and I can tell you that Delta State is home of poverty. Keke and yahoo that's what the youths do to survive because the government of the day is clueless, it's a government of share the money among the ruling class and patch roads every 6 months

Did the Appeal Court say that there where no discrepancies in sheriff’s results?

Sheriff won on a technicality, not on merit, I am sorry for pdp Delta State, they will fight themselves to a loss.

Delivering judgment in the appeal on Monday, Justice Ige agreed with the appellant that the suit filed by David Edevbie was wrongly initiated because allegations of criminal offences must be proven beyond affidavit evidences.

The court held that failure of Edevbie to call relevant witnesses was fatal to the case.

Oga, there's time band in all pre-electoral matters. APC has clearly missed it and it's over. It must not be later than 14days after the primary election. APC can only try again in 2027.
