I suggest Nigeria should be "privatized" to a viable country.

Na beauty this one take collect minister from buhari,if no be say them dey see for back she would have been fired.

Buhari himself must have amassed money in trillions. Someone that said Abacha is not corrupt. The guy is the biggest and smartest 419. He deceived over 200 million Nigerians and yet some myopic people still believe he is not corrupt. Whereas he is the grand father of corruption

Buhari Borrow Borrow

I hope there will still be a country called Nigeria when Buhari leaves office ?

For me I believe Nigeria will not be able to reverse in 50 years; the damage Buhari did and still doing to the socio- political and economic fabric of the Nation angry

Among the causes of deficit budget are

When the earned revenue is lower than the expenditures

Aging population
Involuntary job loss

Excessive govt spendings

Low level taxation

Low GDP

Economic recession or slow growth of economy

And so on and so on

May God save us in this country oh!

It is serious madness most of them are suffering from.

They don't care to burn down the whole country as long as APC remains in Aso Rock.

We will keep borrowing as long as we subsidized fuel, education, electricity, health etc.

Imagine paying N6.72trn for fuel subsidy, that's stupidity.

Students pay N30,000 per session as fees in Federal Universities and you expect Nigerian University to be great. The cheapest university in South Africa is above 1 million naira.

Let's tell ourselves the truth.
And what is the minimum wage in South Africa?

In Benelux education and health are subsidised yet their health and education sector are among the best.

The issue I see with fuel subsidy is that we are paying ( politicians are stealing us blind) more for fuel that are used both within and outside the country. Our politicians are not honest if they are they would have found solution and plug the leakage in the system.

However, in line with your opinion I agree that fuel subsidy should be scrapped given that the poorest among us are not benefitting much from it.
