Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello Monday evening received All Progressives Congress, APC, Vice-Presidential candidate, Kashim Shettima at his Abuja residence.

It was gathered the duo had a brief closed-door meeting ahead of the 2023 general elections.

An inside source told Quest Times that their conversation centred around strategies for winning the 2023 elections.

“Though not disclosed, people close to the discussions said the discussions centre around strategies for winning the 2023 elections.

“The Governor expressed confidence that all stakeholders are working together to ensure PDP doesn’t come back to the Villa,” the source told Quest Times.

Speaking after the meeting, Bello said that APC’s victory in 2023 will be a win for Nigerians.

According to him, the party has the right strategies in place to tackle the challenges across all boards.

Bello as part of his commitments to the victory of the party had donated his campaign building to the Presidential flag-bearer, Bola Tinubu.

This is what u need to understand about Yahaya,the dude is extremely smart and calculative,he has his support for another at presidential level,and that aspirant ain't BAT,the meeting that they do unannounced to the public is the real planning meeting,not this open visit...

These governors are now like a man with wife that has girlfriends,and still doesn't wanna share any with anyone,he wants to choose his aspirant and still doesn't wanna loose at state level,because they have gotten too much strong structure in state level that they cannot switch party with ease.
