okpaire2005:From Nigeria's perspective, Onsite is usually better if there is poor light and internet condition but if the devs are not having those issues then remote is better. I just think working in groups encourages collaboration vs working alone. I prefer to work in a workspace than from home, but because of Multiple screens and switching systems, I have to stay at home. That is my own personal opinion. 5 Likes |
