if the leaders are not corrupted already, I think Communism will work. In the case of Nigeria, it will never work, even Capitalism/Democracy is not successful here.

Shanghai have majority of the foreigners so everyone there is ok with foreigners.

Guangzhou not untill recent started seeing explosion of African migrants but it's only restricted to a certain area.

Outside that area if you loose guard na their street aka mafia go handle you as a black man...

Also with China you must register with local province or local police on arrival to place of stay.
