I visited Awka Millennium City on 27 of August to ascertain the level of development, from the developer, I was marvelled for how far they have gone, it is a huge project going on in the heart of Awka, many access roads are being created with covered drainage channels, they start erecting buildings on low density areas, its section by section there is higher density area for higher buildings, central business area, central park, shopping mall, school and what have you. They tried but should make the walkways wider. They should also construct a golf course, artificial lake and open spaces for relaxation. They must not be greedy to sell every available land for housing. Nice project in the heart of Awka. 2 Likes |
