I have a toothache with injury to my second molar & enamel and can only manage to chew with a side of my molar and have to take soft food till it heals but I'm tired of Pap, custard & beverage only so I prepared a fast tomato stew using the following ingredients.

The ingredients after boiling the eggs:

3 sachet tomato (@100 each) 300
1 sachet Power oil 100
3 egg @70 each(got a N10 discount) 200
Cow skin(Ponmo) 200
Grounded pepper 50
2 sachet spice(Ginger,garlic&Onion) @ 50 each 100
maggi 50
Total = 1000

Season the cow skin with boiled eggs for 5mins

Mixed the tomato paste with the spice

Added the prepared tomato paste, oil and maggi to the seasoned cow skin & egg

Cover to cook for 7mins get bread ready

prepare beverage

meal served
