RESIGNATION

The Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, has accepted the resignation of the Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Dr. Idris Salako.

This is a prelude to the restructuring of the Ministry and its agencies.

Governor @jidesanwoolu thanks the Commissioner for his services to the State and wishes him success in his future endeavours.

The Governor warns all players in the sector to respect the law or face the consequences of any indiscretion, no matter who the perpetrators are.

Good. Everyone should be diligent in discharging duties appointed to them and also, take responsibility when they fail in discharging such.

Good one from the government of Lagos state, it shows proper accountability. All our political office holder must be properly scrutinise and check at all time to avoid mismanagement and misuse of governemnt positions which can cause relapse in the growth of the state and country in general.

I am sure the commissioner has become obidient hence he is no longer wanted in the Agbado diocese.

It seems the perpetrators usually settle him well or the LASG or just looking for a fall guy.

He was not bringing returns to Baba Agbado

What's the background to this resignation........... The way sanwo warned others to obey the law so ....... Snake get hand for this matter.........

So we can say lagos is working. Was he forced to resign to cover some things.
Under him, we have more building collapse.

Lagos is truly the pace setter in all aspect. Lagos is the most complex ,advanced entity yet the most efficiently run system in the country running like a private business. First time I'm hearing a politician resigning due to failures of his ministry .
