If it was, it would have been included in the legal dispute. But there are people enjoying the benefits of the hospital built... Why do you have expatriates in Nigeria hospitals if we have doctors qualified enough for some medical issues... Why recommend people go abroad for medical treatment from Anambra hospitals if the one built by Obi was standard enough to take care of their medical needs? Let's make it clearer. Lagos state received fund from FG. It was local government funds that was withheld as a result of issues surrounding LCDA creation. It was eventually released.

The Local Government funds were withheld from 2004. State allocations were not withheld.

However, from 1999, to 2004, Tinubu received both Local Government and State allocations.

So the talk of not receiving allocations at all is a BIG BAT LIE.

Tinubu is a progressive. I am an ardent supporter of Tinubu. Obi looks more like an ethnic agenda to me and the fact that he is being defended over the Pandora papers by his supporters as if he didn't do it or it was a propaganda is a big turn off for me.
