ivandragon:I addressed issues and refrained from insults because I wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt that progressive dementia and destructive narcissism wasn’t part of your problems in that your senseless organisation. I was wrong about that!!! Shame on you all. You have no sense of history otherwise you’d realise that every individual, group, nation, etc, that thought itself/themselves invincible in all of history have usually met their Waterloo eventually. In all cases, their arrogance have always made them to become poor readers of public mood. It also almost always meant they did not know when to start fights and the right time to stop them. Shame on you, irresponsible narcissists. You mention governmental corruption. Yes, they are corrupt and it is so stated that even illiterates know it. However, your corruption surpasses that of the government you are accusing. Let me list a few areas: 1. A very high percentage among you are paedophiles, rapists and sex offenders. 2. Most of you criminally plagiarise foreign textbooks shamelessly and make it mandatory for students to buy them and when they don’t, you either fail or downgrade them. 3. A large percentage among you lecture simultaneously in multiple universities (full time) and I state this because I know. How can anyone lecture full time in two/three universities, spread across far-apart geographical locations simultaneously? That is one of the main reasons why you shamelessly keep insisting on your UTAS. 4. Many of you cannot use a computer properly and mostly not retrainable in terms of new skill sets. Huge shame on you. Who the hell do you think you are? I spent 7 years in University instead of 4 (without failing any course) just because of your megalomania, satan-gifted ego and greed. It was a yearly ritual of strikes with one stretching to 8 months. And to imagine that I was foolish then to think ASUU was fighting for us the students, in the days when it (ASUU) still had decent goodwill!!! Shame on you all. You better don’t get me started this morning. I used to be very vociferous about ASUU (check my historic posts here dating back many years). Today, I am one of the majority of Nigerians that now see you as enemies of the university of the Nigerian university system. You bloody ekwensu, don’t get me started this morning. |

geewean:For your information, the student who listed her Dean of faculty as her next of kin was actually Very correct but you, grossly wrong! Next of kin don't necessarily need to be blood relations going by the UK accepted context. |

geewean:It seems ASUU has really put some good money together to employ goons to fight their battles on social media. ASUU is past its sell-by date. They are now enemies of the people. I was leader of my students union and used to support ASUU and almost got expelled because of them. l regret thinking that they were fighting for the university system. They are a bunch of greedy people and most of them are sex predators |

ivandragon:You people have lost it. You have gone totally mad. You are the real enemies of the university system. Very soon, Nigerians will show you serious pepper. For now, be letting audio supporters on social media deceive you to think you still have backers. |

geewean:So because I used common ordinary simple word "sharap" you decided to reply me with a whole novel abi life no suppose hard oO...Well, that doesn't justifies the claim ASUU ain't fighting for there pockets no matter how you decide to view it, these were the same sect of selfish gluttons that called off the strike for nothing just before 2019 general elections just so they can partake in the free money APC and PDP wants to throw around.. Perhaps, you didn't consider the students as well whom have added +1, 2 or even 3 years during the course all these unnecessary strike action... You also didn't consider the fact most students paid for their hostels/lodges last year without usage, and has also paid for this year as well without usage, who bears the lost after the whole saga?? Besides, the students tuition levy that was supposed to be remitted by the schools to TSA is still pending, and yet ASUU wants the FG to pay them #1trillion without a gun...Lol ASUU wants a win win situation in these scenario, ripping where they did not sow, is it because it involves the government?? can they try such thing in a private sector?? What happened to resigning as a lecturer or professor if things ain't going your way instead of holding the whole country at ransom just to achieve their selfish motives and personal interest...Are they the only Union in Nigeria?? Let us pretend the IPPIS didn't cripple their gimmicks of collecting more than one salary from different institutions, your Android phone would explain better to you at your leisure time I felt like the government is even lenient with them, let me tell you what I would have done as a President because I wasn't the one that signed any nonsense negotiation in 2009, tho I inherited liabilities and assets but that doesn't mean a union will be grabbing me by the balls any time they want increment... I will use my VETO power to have a round table meeting with the whole VC of every institution in Nigeria with my offer of improved salary plus other incentives, they should send out memo to all lecturers in all versities informing them to resume on a specific date, failure to resume means they have automatically sacked themselves, then we see what happens next, if heaven go fall, make e fall...FG needs to turn the tables around and they can't achieve that by begging ASUU when they have the ultimate power... |

Anigreat:I bet you didn't follow the talks very well or I read from a wrong page. FG has been promising them the pays and have agreed to the system proposed but no payment yet. FG said no work no pay but you made them sit at home for 6months but they joined protest in good luck Jonathan's era insisting that Jonathan must paid their salaries. What a world |

adigun27:Oga Nigeria's present budget is over 15 trillion naira. Nothing bad in sacrificing just 1 out of the over 15. They won't die but when the president himself does not care what do you expect. It's not like they are asking everything to be paid at once. They can pay 200 billion annually from the national budget. Take away 200 billion from 15 trillion and you still have a whooping 14.8 trillion. Please what is the difference. We all know out of the 15 trillion for budget. More than 5 will go into personal pockets. No excuse. I am a student and I support ASUU 100%!! |

You want to collect six months salary you did not work for. You don't want your employee to pay you with IPPIS which they use to pay others. ASUU there's God oo |

Besk:All bark & no bite... You come to make noise but cannot prefer alternatives to help resolve the matter. The only audio people are misguided truants such as yourself who do nothing but complain & condemn all day without providing any reasonable solutions... |
| Re: 11 State Varsities Shun ASUU, FG Threatens Unions by ivandragon: 3:21pm On Sep 06, 2022 |
OderaOdesigo:Yap, yap, yap & a load of crap. You spent 7 years in a University & you cannot reason that for such to occur, there are problems that need to be addressed within & without the system? (Though with your uncouth manner, I doubt you were a serious student). What would it cost the FG to release the White Paper on the visitation panels the FG set up? What is it scared of? Anyway, you come across as a frustrated chap with misguided angst. No wonder PMB called 'you' lazy & uneducated. Probably why he also decided that with products such as yourself, adequate funding of public education is not needed. The nation's ivory towers can continue to produce touts such as yourself. |

ivandragon:Shows how totally dumb and empty you rapists and thieves are. You actually want me to proffer a solution? Have you not frustrated every solution thrown at you? Isn’t it the case that you collective paedophiles think you alone have the wisdom to everything in the world? If I were to proffer a solution, it’d be that the FG & State Governments Sack your corrupt souls and anyone of you that wants a job should go and reply in a different university than the ones they were sacked from. The recruitment process should then commence with a CBT (which everyone knows will catch at least 60% of your arrogant goons out). Next, they should move you to Aptitude Test and that will catch out another 10% of you. Finally, they should place you all in research-based environments and ask you to demonstrate modern research techniques. That should fail another 15% of you. In total, only 15% of you archaic fossils will scale through. You’d better keep your opinions to yourself as most people are tired of your useless ASUU bunkum. |

| Re: 11 State Varsities Shun ASUU, FG Threatens Unions by ivandragon: 6:13am On Sep 07, 2022 |
udemzyudex:In fact, it is just baffling... The FG is purposefully doing what it is doing because not only does it not give a damn about education, it also does not care what pains the masses (in this instance, parents & students) are going through. Not only did the FG chose to ignore ASUU for months, there are a number of requests from ASUU that could have been easily met such as releasing the Visitation Panel White Paper. Others such as the roadmap for revitalization of universities, modalities for payment of earned allowances etc can be renegotiated in a way that is convenient for the FG to pay rather than an outright dismissal or a unilateral public statement of increment without involving the Union in discussions to arrive at such decision. On the IPPIS issue, the government can stand its ground, but look into the areas of problem because ALL FG tertiary institutions are affected negatively by it especially as the salary is inconsistent (if your net is like 250k, this month you are payed 201k, next month 120k & no explanation given). ASUU is not perfect, but the FG can do better if it so wishes. |

ivandragon:Now I know that you’re beyond stupid! How on earth do dumbasses like this scallywag ever get to teach in our ivory tower? How? This nincompoop using the name ‘Iva dragon’ is so stupid that the stupid will hate to be associated with you. The entire country solidly supported ASUU for decades, thinking governments at various levels were the problems with the University system. Now, you useless ekwensus have frittered away every goodwill you have and everyone’s eyes are clear now that ASUU is the major problem with the university system. Many of you very stupid nonentities take on jobs with Universities like Afe Babalola (Ado-Ekiti), Idahosa University, etc and I know they don’t pay you much. Much more, you all have to clock-in and clock-out and that’s why you lazy bums cannot resign from the public universities to go and fully teach in private universities. Shame on you and your band of hell-bound paedophiles. You’ve picked on the wrong person. You are more stupid than the most stupid on earth. |

| Re: 11 State Varsities Shun ASUU, FG Threatens Unions by ivandragon: 3:10pm On Sep 07, 2022 |
OderaOdesigo:Lol. Rants, rants & more rants... you are clearly a foul mouthed & frustrated 'child' who hides behind a faceless platform to throw insults. If you were a lecturer (God forbid) you would obviously spend more time harassing your students than doing any teaching, research or community service... You are certainly the 'wrong' person to engage with, but I didn't pick you, you quoted me (short attention span I guess). |
