Sitting on a board of a foreign company is not against US laws. Being a drug addict is not a criminal offence. First of all the law on drugs always applies to possession with intent to sell, transport and distribute and not to possession for use or consumption. Users are considered addicts by law and not criminals.

Secondly, in the video you posted, there is no evidence that Hunter Biden was smoking crack, cocaine or any of the other hard drugs. There was no way to ascertain the exact drug he was taking.

Thirdly, even if the FBI decicides foolishly to prosecute Hunter Biden, where is the physical evidence to present to a jury? A video from unknown source, location and time would not pass in a law court without any physical evidence.

What's your problem with Joe? You accuse the FBI of not investigating Jim, Hunter and all other Bidens, but you are yet to specify Joe's crimes. The FBI can't be wasting time investigating personal and moral sins of citizens. They have to present their evidence and convince a jury of 12 people. If they cannot proof a crime beyond all reasonable doubt, it will be a waste of investigative and judicial time to bring flimsy evidence before a jury. That's why after two years of investigation by Republican led Senate and the FBI, the FBI was not confident enough to take Hilary Clinton before a judge and jury.

Nothing scares Democrats and the far left than seeing Trump return to the White House. It's every Dem's nightmare - what literally keeps them up at night That is why they weaponized the DOJ to go after Trump. The end game is just to create a cloud of uncertainty over Trump and live it hanging long enough over his head so that the American people will view or judge him as unelectable. The DOJ & FBI have been compromised from top to bottom.

One thing I know is that after they've all tried and done their worst against Trump, he will be vindicated in the end. I predict that before 2024 their last ditch attempt to stop Trump from running will be to assassinate him.

Trump has never and will never start or give the war machines any war they'd love to get into. He promised "Peace through Strength", strengthened the military like never before. But he only used the American military strength as a deterrence to American enemies. When you add to the fact that even Putin couldn't read Trump cos of his unpredictable nature. Trump was able to keep America from needless war - the very first to do so despite Democrats' fear mongering that Trump would go to war. The opposite was the case.

The reason why they are afraid of Trump is the same reason they were afraid of him running for Office in 2016. That hasn't changed. It's because Trump is not like them - the typical Establishment Politicians (whether it's Dems. Or Republicans), Trump would refuse to be controlled by them, and he's not a globalist.
