After combing the internet for information about tuchel’s firing, these were my findings

*Tuchel didn’t respect the board, when he was asked why he rejected Ronaldo, instead of explaining his reasons, which were justified in my opinion, he simply said no

*His explanations for bad performances were shallow

*The team wasn’t performing well aggregately and our football wasn’t attractive

*He was very poor when it came to player management, didn’t know how to motivate or bring out the best in the players, was quick to throw the players under the bus

*Rarely accepted blames for his mistakes


*The board members wanted situational reports on the team, tuchel refused to do that, this is something both sir Alex and wenger did when they were managers


*Lastly he was very passive about transfers, during the later stages of the transfer window, he sent his agent to attend meetings with the board.

I have been complaining that tuchel is clueless, I wasn’t surprised to hear that he just expected attackers to create and take chances on their own with no plan, add the fact that he kept shuffling them endlessly

In all of TT's history, he's been unabashedly clear about one thing - He just wants to coach, Ironically and Unlike Conte and Mourinho, he doesnt like to be involved in transfers and all the other aspects of football management and Politics - These were the same recurring issues he had in Dortmund and PSG. I mean it even showed in the kind of players he targeted for transfers

Asking him to step into a DOF role and asking for situational reports plus all of the added pressures of coaching considering the losses we'd been taking was always going to set him off
