Lol i was about copy and paste 256,902 posts blaming her for Biafra here from other threads.

But wait o you are accepting only opinions from this thread but you still went to copy and paste an opinion from front page and brought it here?

I brought a different topic and you turned it to the Queen doc.
It wasn’t any double standard, you just took it to that level

Like I said, you like reading B
I said I don’t KNOW anyone carrying Biafra for head… You definitely understood that but decided to call me out.
I read where he called out Ipob and just like him, a lot of us are against them.

Whether you know anybody or not is irrelevant.

The koko is that there are thousands, perhaps hundreds of thousands who are suffering at the hands of IPOB, ESN etc everyday.

The tweet you posted was discussing the effects of these guys on people who unlike you know people who carry Biafra on their heads, 5 of whom were just shot to death in the Enugu you just said was Chill..

I'm not trying to win an argument about Biafra.

My position has always been that Nigeria is a useless and unworkable contraption that either needs to be broken up, or accepted as a doomed state.

The argument about the Queen and Biafra for me represents the importance of looking forward instead of back. Unlike in Nigeria, the British crown was more directly involved in the subjugation of India, and up until last week an Indian man was within a hairs breadth of becoming Prime Minister of the country that colonised the lands of his ancestors, and this was after having held and resigned from the 2nd most powerful office in the country.

There's a powerful irony at play here seeing a bunch of Indians (there were 5 in the Johnson Government) colonise thr colonisers. And an Indian is currently the Mayor of London

In the Nigeria of today, a Yoruba man cannot even be Governor of an Igbo state or Vice Versa. Its funny that some people are blaming the Queen and the Colonialists for a war started by people who killed democratically elected leaders and could not then agree on how to rule the country, when a Nigerian can literally move to the UK aged 16 like Kemi Badenoch and become a Minister in the UK Government.

That was what I found so absurd about the underlying premise of Uju Anya's tweet, made from a former British Colony, enjoying thr freedom to marry a woman that she does not even have in the land of her own Birth.

Like me and Roland17, you sef don japa. You sef know the score. If we want to complain about oppression, the worst oppression is to be found at the hands of those who look just like us.

This is ultimately the point I tried to make.

But it’s true that thousands of people are suffering from the illegal activities of ESN/IPOB in the southeast . Somebody who resides in Ikorodu Lagos shared how his neighbor was killed by those IPOB miscreants while observing the Monday sit-at-home order . The man was dragged out of the bus he was driving on the way to the east ( He works with an oil servicing firm ) . The man is even Igbo and not Fulani o.

Can u imagine how a family breadwinner’s life was just cut-off like that ? Dora Akunyilli is a great heroine whom we are all grateful for her service to humanity; look at how her husband was killed like a common thief in the middle of the road .

I expect anybody with conscience to condemn such despicable acts. I remember telling Greatihex that time all these killings will leave the east worse off ; but he said most of the so-called ESN attacks are actually being carried out by DSS disguised as ESN led attacks .

My brother if you're enslaving your household you can not morally complain if your neighbor comes and carries your relative to come and wash his car.

There is a reason why the good book says remove the log of wood in your eyes before looking for a speck in someone's elses.

Lmao.

This just continue to reinforce what we already know about your candidate.

Peter Obi is an open book, nothing to hide. So, of course, you know everything about him.
But the question is what exactly do people know about your candidate, Tinubu. Everything about him is riddled in controversies. Since he barely has the mental capacity to answer questions by himself, even his media spokespersons are finding it difficult presenting believable details about a presidential hopeful.

Why are you guys gloating because PO exposed the mildest albeit wicked form of an average Tinubu lapdog for the whole world to see. Instead of you to attack the topic about the unfair use of seaports and the uncommon advantage it gives Lagos against other states you'd gladly want to make silly comparison with, you're all there foaming in the mouth whilst accusing PO of being a tribalist.

You guys are cunningly funny, lol. Some days ago, the video of Tinubu's wife, an undistinguished Senator, a so called pastor, a tout in female form, resurfaced online. It is said that out of the aboundance of the heart, the mouth speaketh. Imagine a public figure disguised under the cloak of a joke openly threatening to feed herself and her family to a deity. If such a person can say these in public view, you can imagine what kind of bile they both spew whenever they're hiding in coven of their bedrooms.

I can't recall any of you guys, failure reinforcers, remotely calling her a tribalist but here you are crying that PO is a tribalist.

You guys forget that this isn't 2015 or 2019 where in a bid to progress the country from GEJ, you guys held sway over the internet and controlled the narratives. People aren't ignorant anymore, and can deduce the brainwashing attempts from your comments.

A quick glance over most threads on this forum alone, you'd easily find Tinubu's urchins trying to initiate sparring duels between Yorubas and Igbos. These urchins following the templates given to them term whoever as ipo b, ipi g... in a bid to induce a retaliatory afon ja response.

Remember the Ekiti n Osun election. Anybody against APC automatically becomes ipo b.
You begin to hear remarks like anybody that Igbos support are bound to lose. Lol. Too bad, that silly phrase has been quashed time and time again.

It's because of these tribalistic tendencies of Tinubu's urchins that made the Edos and Middle beltans carry Peter Obi's campaign on their head like GeePee tank. If not, Tinubu's urchins would have triumph with the narratives of PO being Igbo agenda and presidency. But Tinubu isn't Yoruba only agenda or presidency to them.

So who exactly are the tribalist¿?
Definitely not the Igbos, definitely not the Yorubas.
They are your fellow Tinubu urchins who supplanted this failed government, defended them and now want to reinforce the failure on over 200m people.

Why are you guys ready to sacrifice the interest and progress of everyone in this country¿?
Well, of course, it's because it's now Tinubu's turn to loot the national treasury after helping Bubu and his cronies have a good time the last 7 years.
Nothing nothing, something must surely reach APC card carrying members hand this time around.

So, Peter Obi is not a tribalist, he's only reinforcing and showing to the world what most Nigerians already know about Tinubu's urchins.

Most Nigerians have access to Tinubu's strategists space and know how they think.
That below was how the urchins intended to counter POs campaign but it's failing. Nigerians are wiser now. If you like, deny.

As far as this civil war matter is concerned , I will suggest individuals should try and get books written by different actors in the war and then form ur own opinion about what really happened in the war. We should stop basing our opinions on few people who just want to write things from their own viewpoint only .

Myself for example I’ve read Obasanjo’s account of the war, Wole Soyinka’s “the man died “, Chukwuemeka Ike’s “Sunset at dawn “ , Chinua Achebe’s “ There was a country “ ..:.. I could sense the bias of different authors and yet I could still make out some of the stuff that were facts and those that are just emotional diatribe .

However , if u only read opinions of ur revered author and choose to read other pieces without open mind, u are sure to believe some falsehoods that have been repeated so much that it now looks like the truth

If we want to discuss the civil war, its only fair that we discussed what led to it and while discussing what led to it we will discuss how my great uncle was murdered by Col Nwobosi. Then we will ask what he did to Col Nwobosi who went into his official quarters to murder him at his prime. In the course of that, some of them will argue how he deserved to die

If an independent sovereign country has a civil war, Who did they expect Britain to support? Why is US, EU UK supporting Ukraine and not supporting the breakaway Dombass region. When The Ijaw nation decided to breakaway why did Col Ojukwu feel it was his duty to stop and crush that rebellion

Ojukwu after the war joined all the guys he warred with including Buhari OBJ, and Gowon.

I actually do find it funny that most people get to be told a distorted part of history that has now been repeated over and over again to the extent that some people actually believe it's true now. Most people make the war looked like it was Yoruba vs Igbo thing..... People are willing to forget the coup and counter coup of 1966 played a big role in how the war shaped out.

People do not want to talk about soldiers sacking a dully elected government(Soldiers that are majorly from a particular region of the country o), nobody wants to talk about the counter-coup that followed(staged by soldiers who felt aggrieved by the outcome of the first coup),...... The progroms are there too.

As of last year, some primary & secondary school students were were going to school on saturday in SE because of insecurity while, in the North some farmers were paying huge sums to bandits in order to harvest their crops... in the WEST it is well documented & receipts plenty but in the EAST agenda must agend so therefore, hundreds of thousands are suffering everyday...

Baba insecurity anywhere in the country should worry all of us. As a south-westerner I'm concerned about safety of people even in the east. Imagine having to go work in the east and I'm killed because some people believe I'm a fulani slave, or getting killed in the northeast because boko haram thinks the education I have is "haram"?

I can buy the argument that there are non-violent IPOB factions and the violent factions, but claiming all of those killings are done by political thugs and petty criminals is very very far from the truth.

You referring to the police and security agents observing "sit-at-home" order is you making my point for me. That is why educated people like you and me must speak against the evil being perpetuated by those criminals under the guise of fighting for independence . We all saw how there was anarchy for the few weeks security agents went on sabbatical shortly after the ENDSARS protests in Lagos. Grown men had to abandon their beds just to act as security for the families, properties and loved ones. Some police stations were even rebuilt by some CDA's just cos they .

You people need to speak against the person of Simon Ekpa; those needless killings will only make the region suffer economically and make live unbearable for both indigenes and foreigners.
