The spokesman for the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential campaign, Festus Keyamo, has challenged the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) flagbearer, Atiku Abubakar and Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi to name ten young people they groomed in politics.

Keyamo stated this during an interview with Naija News, stressing that Bola Tinubu has a good track record of youths’ inclusiveness in governance.

The Minister of State for Labour and Employment said Tinubu’s appointment while he was Lagos Governor were mostly young people who have grown to become great men in political space today.

According to him, there is no controversy regarding Tinubu’s ability to identify with the talents of the youths and use them for critical positions.

He further advises the youths that there is no need to fear or join the ‘Japa’ syndrome because Asiwaju is concerned about the youth of the country.

When he mention them now don't look for another thing to say! Obi became governor at 40+ , I don't know how you expect his cabinet and team to be made of 60 year olds! Common sense in Nigeria is truly not common!

Remind us what Labour Party has ever done for the youths and what was Peter Obi's contribution to the struggle of the Nigerian youth to end police brutality.

Right under his nose and with a PDP President, he let Awkuzu SARS commit a massacre.

We did not hear his voice or see him during the EndSARS protest.

We saw Aisha Yesufu, Obi was no where to be found except under the umbrella of PDP.

Instead, we learnt that he quickly got a court injunction to avoid being summoned to come tell the truth about how Anambra youths were massacred while he was a Governor.

Peter Obi can decieve you as a zombie, but we Nigerian youths know he is a chameleon desperate to own a struggle that is not his own effort.

Don’t you know the difference between mentoring and choosing? Where did I say the leader should choose?

Tinubu has never chosen a leader for Lagos. He simply mentors and recommend to Lagosian. Ultimately, it’s the people of Lagos that chose their governor through the ballot box. That Lagosians have been choosing whoever Tinubu recommends is because they trust his judgement.
