Do you know how many people have talked about rails, road, electricity in Nigeria? Multiple governors, senators, Presidents even up to LG chairmen. Yet you claim Tinubu talking about it means he was the one who brought the Chinese to Nigeria to build rails. Lagos-Ibadan rail was built and not one of the stations was named after Tinubu. Jonathan got one station named after him in Warri-Itakpe station.

Lekki seaport is a FG project funded by private investors. It has nothing to do with Tinubu. If you disagree, tell us how much of Lagos money is in the port. Free trade zones are under NEPZA. Again FG. Tell us how much Lagos has in the project.
And for your info dummy, no rail contract was signed during OBJ's time in office. As a matter of fact, the Chinese came with the proposal to build rails, power, roads and electricity during the time of Yaradua. That's why the first rail they built which is Abj-Kaduna was under Jonathan not even Obasanjo. Or maybe it was Tinubu that brought them in under Jonathan too.
