Look at Atiku who's a Fulani Northerner for example who was previously in APC and supported a Fulani Northerner but when it's now the Southern turn, he went to PDP to get the ticket. First, Party isn't synonymous to individual. Sink that into your skull. When it comes to infrastructure, Buhari tried a bit. What spoilt his government was killer herdsmen/bandits insecurity (insecurity is tied with economy btw). That won't change under Atiku. Sink that into your skull.
