Nice house but wow!! Rent is truly DEAD money. I had mortgaged a 4 bed detached house in Essex and was exactly the same 1300/pcm. |

Dead money indeed, my 1k5 deposit and first 3 months rent came from money I bought black market from Naija. The last house rent I paid in Abuja b4 I bough a small house there was 1m a year so coming here to pay 1m a month was scarey initially.
