IfnobeGod20:

Aside from south east and south South, no other region have their indigenous people domicile in their region like these two regions. Hardly can you find up to 5% non indigene in south east but that is not applicable in other regions. Taking for example, Lagos are over 70% non indigene while out of that Ibos formed the junks of the non indigene.
It is not possible that you go to any state or village and you will not find cluster of Ibos in many villages anywhere in Nigeria. No doubt the north west and north east have the voting population but that would have posed fear if the vote will go to just one candidate but as it were, Tinubu, Atiku, Kwankwoso would heavily share the spoils. If you think northerners will solely vote Tinubu mad leave their son, you're deceiving yourself. The tribal consciousness is at the high boiling point now. No one should deceive himself or herself that you will heavily in another man's constituency.
Let me even shock you, it even Tinubu that may not win heavily his region because of many factors that may work against him, like Afenifere factor, religion factor and nonchalant attitude to Yoruba agenda.
As Obi said he will get the north central. To me I am sure they cannot win Kwara, Kogi and Niger. These three states will go to APC but not heavily won, PDP will share some spoils in those three states. Then the remaining states, Benue, Nassarawa and Taraba will be between PDP and LP but that doesn't mean APC will not share spoils.
I have not seen in any major news outlets that ESN or IPOB is recruiting to destabilize the nation. You're the one that has been sharing the news and I discover, nobody even join you to share such unfounded news.
You made reasonable points but spoil everything with your allocation of 70% of Lagos to non indigene, you even further it by giving Igbo a huge chunk of the 70% non indigene meaning Igbo are more than Yoruba in Lagos according to your analysis?... grin

You guys should stop deceiving yourself, Tinubu will win 2023... His stellar achievements speaks for him... kiss

It's only in Nigeria where a voter can ignore Peter Obi but vote for either Bola Tinubu or Atiku Abubakar.
After that, the voter continues to cry for another 8 years.

Such effontery from a political coward and clown that should be contesting for a local government election in far away afghanEASTERN.

Seems something is wrong with peter upstairs

Even his APC ticket was more of a struggle that he had to deploy his all and all Bullion Vans to pay each delegate $30k .....

Peter Obi can never stoop so low to get the Presidential ticket like Atiku and TINUBU......

He got it on a player of gold , Divine ochestrated, without spending Kobo....

Osun State election was a clear case of how APC was brought to shame .....lols

You guys need to stop this unsecured mindset. This is not online poll but opinion poll. May be you don't know the meaning of opinion poll. This is more of interview, verbal interaction, going to meet people and ask them question and record them.
No doubt this may not be reflection of what may happen in next year general election because the report even quoted that some are still undecided who they will vote for and the number of those undecided are still huge. So rest your mind and go win the hearts of those yet undecided to beat other contestants, instead of watering down the poll. Remember the same poll was conducted in 2019 and it gave Buhari the edge of winning the 2019 presidential election and it came through.

Please who are the Lagosians, let us start from there? Until you're able to answer that question before I know your knowledge of who and who owns Lagos.
I wanted to school you on who owns Lagos but I refrain because I want to hear from you. Waiting patiently to hear from you.

On Tinubu will win or not win. I think it is the electorates that will decide that. Anyone can make a wishful message or even boast of it but the deciders are the electorates.
As I have rightly said, of all the contestants, it is Tinubu that has the most difficult hill to climb and that is not far fetched, he's the only one that may not have total control of his region because of the early factors I have stated while that cannot be said of other contestants. The only place he banked on to get votes is the north but I am afraid, would the north leave their own son and vote for another man's son with the level of ethnic and religion consciousness that had pervaded and rented our polity. That can only be answered as time goes on but never be too confident.

I am a researcher. Not a politician. Whether online or opinion poll, they habe the likely hood of translating to votes. The people giving their opinion may end up not voting.
Stop checking dictionary meaning and joining the bandwagon. Even in the advanced countries wheee you copied opinion polls, the sample size is large before you can say you will generalize your inference. More so, opinion polls or online polls don’t show true reflection of electoral patterns in Nigeria.
Tell us your level of education, age, and experiences so that we can assess you. What do you know about Nigerian election terrain? Because ASSU is on strike and a lot of you were bought data by your parents, you felt it is time to test water with your little sense of imagination. You all better reserve your beds at the clinics against 2023 election results because of the shocks that you all would suffer when many of your preferred candidates lose their elections.

I repeat, I am not a politician. I don’t have any favorite among those you guys are supporting because I voted last in 1993 during the presidential election. Since 1979, I have always believed we have less than 10% leadership problem but 90% ‘followership’ problems.

the facts are there, staring everyone at the face. I have lived enough years to know when a repeat of the same process will happen. No other popular candidate asides Peter obi has the will to try to do what is right for this nation. Leadership for them us transactional and not altruistic. Peter obi has no business contesting on a good day, he doesn't need stolen money, all he is thinking of doing is how to sacrifice his health and time to help the nation.

I can assure you that if Peter obi isn't elected in 2023, Nigeria is doomed to fail. Because even in your family , you don't have a Peter obi there. A Nigerian who sat in public office without a case of graft. If Nigerians don't see that as God's candidate and they vote the regular type of candidate we have had, then why won't the okro draw. Unfortunately the Nigeria of today needs a quick solution or a reversal else it will perish. Elect a candidate that is ready to try to make that change.

This is where some of you are missing it and don't even know history, let alone know the real owner of Lagos.
No doubt the real owner of Lagos are Yoruba speaking people but you cannot because you speak Yoruba and say you want to claim Lagos. If that is the case, a Yoruba man from Ogun can safely say, he is from Oyo or Osun. Do you think a man from Ondo will agree that a man from Ogun should be his governor, even though they speak the same language, Yoruba?
The real owner of Lagos are the Aworis. Any Yoruba man or woman in Lagos whose ancestors were not Aworis or freed slaves is someone whose forebear came from another state in the South – West, Kwara or Kogi States in the North-Central part of the country. And they are the majority of the Yoruba in Lagos who call themselves Lagosians and are so regarded by the Yoruba in the other South – West states and by other Nigerians in general.

But the only claim they have to Lagos is that they were born on Lagos Island and in some cases their fathers and grandfathers were also born on the Island. But the irony of their situation is that the ancestors of many of them do not have a family house on Lagos Island. They lived with their wife and children in a rented room, room and parlour or a flat.
The Aworis are those who were sold as slaves to Brazil and other European countries but came back to settle in Lagos Island and they bear such Portuguese or other foreign names as Campos, Hilario, Da Silva, Domingo, Santos, Soares, Pedro (Peter), Vera Crus, or Salvadaor (Sabado in Yoruba), Simplice, Shyngle, Martins or Davies. These Aworis they are Yorubas but they don't bear common Yoruba names.
These Aworis are just about 30% of Lagos population while the remaining 70% made up of other Yorubas, Ibos, Hausas and others.

https://www.sunnewsonline.com/ex-governor-fasholas-ancestors-were-from-ilesa-not-ado-ekiti/

I love the way you're giving yourself and APC high hopes, that Tinubu will have 70% or more votes in south west. It is always good to dream. I am reiterating myself, of all the contestants, Tinubu is the only one having uphill to climb in his region and the reasons among others are theses:
1. Tinubu has never for once supported the course of Yoruba nation. All he does is building his political house. This he showcased during these periods:
a. During the convocation of CONFAB by Jonathan to discuss about the nation, Tinubu vehemently not partook of the CONFAB but fought with his bone marrow against it. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://thewillnigeria.com/news/unfixing-tinubus-fixation-about-jonathans-national-confab/&ved=2ahUKEwjIm7bClJn6AhXQR_EDHfcqCNQQFnoECCkQAQ&usg=AOvVaw1Pcbgto8JWWPyJMCOhWAyx

https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/146648-jonathan-tinubu-war-words-national-conference.html&ved=2ahUKEwjIm7bClJn6AhXQR_EDHfcqCNQQFnoECAYQAQ&usg=AOvVaw3nurLoDLfNa8m4RH4T1nHc

He never gave support to Afenifere but instead lambaste them and call them and Jonathan all kinds of names.

b. During the presidential primary election of AD in 1998. Afenifere the co-founder of AD nominated Bola Ige as her candidate but the same Tinubu fought tooth and nail and Bola Ige did not win and since that day anything Afenifere does doesn't make meaning to Tinubu and he even went ahead to factionalized them and called the second one Afenifere Renewal.

https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://independent.ng/how-tinubu-betrayed-bola-ige-in-1999/&ved=2ahUKEwih6q2Flpn6AhXqSfEDHaiTCkgQFnoECCYQAQ&usg=AOvVaw0a7HBD7HFjK2SrDytiKxuy

2. In 2011, Mulikat was to be Speaker House of Reps but the same Tinubu never made it happened but instead conspired with some PDP and frustrate the emergence of Mulikat.
https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://ng.opera.news/ng/en/politics/amp/67154fd79956642047fb1aac2e0f68f6&ved=2ahUKEwid4ZOAl5n6AhXTIMUKHc-oBdkQFnoECAwQAQ&usg=AOvVaw2QwDAFFRUTMu2GpVz_6p97

https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.thecable.ng/dont-cry-for-bola-tinubu/amp&ved=2ahUKEwid4ZOAl5n6AhXTIMUKHc-oBdkQFnoECAQQAQ&usg=AOvVaw3pohNdHQqFBynUeHY2Y7sE

One thing about Tinubu anything that will not favour his political family he will make sure he doesn't work out. All through that tenure, Yoruba lost out because of one man.

3. When the daughter of Pa Fasoranti was killed by suspected Fulani herdsmen, instead of Tinubu to be remorseful that one of the Yoruba daughter had been killed unjustly, he went around saying "where are the cows".
https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://hallmarknews.com/if-they-are-herdsmen-where-are-their-cows-tinubu-asks-as-he-visits-fasoranti/&ved=2ahUKEwjTjc7wqt35AhWnXvEDHZJfD5EQFnoECAYQAQ&usg=AOvVaw0lrW4QhhHR-jO85Rr3st_a

He funny did the same thing when some Yorubas were kidnapped, the next he has to say is making reference to Evans.

He did same when Sunday Igboho was agitating for Yoruba nation. Instead of him to give support or keep mum, he started lambasting him and his group.
https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://pmnewsnigeria.com/2021/03/29/tinubu-to-igboho-others-you-are-agitating-wrongly/%3Famp%3D1&ved=2ahUKEwjf_--xq935AhXkX_EDHToXCSYQFnoECAkQAQ&usg=AOvVaw1hI99AZtG5taXpUdHr1k0e

What he did to Mulikat, he almost did same with Saraki but that one outsmarted him. You may say, what brought Saraki in this equation. Saraki has a root with Ogun state and his wife is a full blooded Lagosian.

Finally, the only man that never supported OBJ in his political journey in south west is Tinubu.
With this can we say, Tinubu is more Yoruba than OBJ?
It's left for you to interpret.

It was never used against Buhari. This same anap group conducted the 2019 opinion poll and buhar also led in the polls. They have been accurate with their polls bro. They go out and make real life interviews hundreds of people are interviewed and then, percentage is drawn. That's same thing we use in medicine to treat infections. You interview a few and draw a percentage use it to produce drug's. Here is a pic oft the 2019 poll. A vote for obi will move him further

I'm not specific to this group but almost all the prophecies and predictions of the previous polls were against PMB. It is difficult for this prediction to see the light of the day due to some obvious factors.

I personally don't think obi has what it takes to rule this country. Firstly he's not strong enough to face the powers that control this country on a normal day. He might have what it takes like osibanjo but his efforts will be frustrated and he might end up performing worse than bihari and Jonathan that's the truth. Though u might not like tinubu but amongst all the candidates he's the strongest politically. He's a threat to the cabals because they know how powerful he is and he's the only one that has a very good track record among all the others. So vote wisely and logically

So vote wisely and logically
all what you have said are presumptions about the cabal. Tinubu doesn't have the health to achieve anything in office, he doesn't even have the will as he has no character to rule a broke country. We need a person of character, competence and resolve to try to face the issues plaguing Nigeria. Peter obi is the only answer to that. Even atiku rates higher than tinubu. The worst candidate amongst them is tinubu. It is a great disservice for tinubu to even be in the running at 80 plus years of age with failing health, if we are to ignore his corrupt antecedents in lagos.
