Strategic. I don't see Saraki tho. Many people supporting pdp today because of their old love for Fmr. President Jonathan seem to forget that Atiku Abubakar was one of the first people that fled pdp when the tough times (ApC) came.

The Chairman lacks executive powers, and so a merely ceremonial position. The real powers of the lies with the Director General of the Campaign Council.

Atiku will be Buhari version 2.0 in even more provocation of the South. He is yet to win, but he has already ceded the most powerful posts to the North with Party Chair and PDP Campaign DG coming from the North.

With the appointment of Tambuwal as PDP Campaign, Atiku is already posturing Tambuwal as his successor because Tambuwal relinquished his aspirations to support Atiku's at the PDP Primaries. Atiku must really think PDP members in the South are stupid people who are only fit for ceremonial offices by giving them offices like BOT Chair and Campaign Chairman, which offices lack executive powers.

To all ye people of the South, saying that it doesn't matter where the President comes from, you will learn your lessons for the next eight years of Atiku, after all that Buhari has done to promote Northern interests at the expense of national cohesion.
