I noticed that for the past 10years i have been a regular dreamer. Other people usually tell me they don't usually dream except occasionally.

However, i recently observed that my dreams are becoming daily, it got to a time i dreamt up to 5 times per sleep sometimes i slept twice a day. People usually take their dreams seriously rationalizing it to mean its a warning as for me. Reverse is the case.

Is it normal? Do i need any help

So humans do dream for real?... What's wrong with me then..

Dreams could be a message, and also dreams could come as a result of multiple thoughts. Just be able to discern the ones that are meaningless, it's a gift (to be a steady dreamer) though, so pray for a discerning spirit.

It sometimes not normal if person dream alot in a day
According to our grandparent and other they say it depend on the position you sleep
I dont know if is true.
I also sometimes also dream at night.
But i might think it normal but some say a dream is something that will happen to you maybe in future or a vision,but all those never happen

And i also heard thatwhat you think of at day is what you dream at night!!
Is that really true??

Why do you need a solution to dreaming daily for Pete's sake? I dream everytime I close my eyes to sleep and this includes during naptime. And my doctors swear that I am perfectly sane.

Some consider dreaming every blessed night a medical condition. I dream every night too, series of dreams per night for that matter and they are usually heavy or vivid i shoukd say. Is it similar to yours ?. I was told stress na part of weytin dey cause am.

If the vividness is what worries you then maybe you should see a sleep specialist. I used to have issues with vivid dreams myself back when I didn't really dream daily. Other than that I have never heard of daily dreaming being a medical condition.
