CHAZ/CHOP took over some city blocks in Seattle. A black man got killed in a drive-by shooting within that autonomous zone. Paramedics couldn't get to the scene because of the rioters. Police who came to investigate were met with an angry mob and couldn't begin interviews unto 72 hours after the fact.
