Governors of Rivers, Oyo, Enugu, and Abia have pulled out of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, presidential campaign council pending the resignation of the party’s chairman, Iyorchia Ayu. Others who attended the meeting include Former governors of Cross River and Ondo, Donald Duke and Olusegun Mimiko. Rising from their meeting in Port Harcourt on Wednesday morning, members of the team pledged not to participate in Atiku Abubakar, the Presidential candidate of the PDP’s campaign activities pending the resignation of the party’s National Chairman, Iyorchia Ayu. 3 Likes 1 Share |

This is now the time for Tinubu to rejoice .... The fight in pdp and obi in southern politic had given Tinubu upper hand in southern states over Atiku. Asiwaju Tinubu is the only one you can trust . He would never have treated APC governors the way HE Atiku has treated these PDP Governors. So sad that opposition is this disunited but it is God working in favour of Asiwaju. 2 Likes |
