Ebubu:

contempt of court order attracts fines and jail terms. ASUU shouldn’t copy government in disobeying court orders, it has grievous fines. government can only do it because they are government. is like parable of rat and lizard swimming, rat comes out soaked, lizard comes out dry.

ASUU will regret it.

Nope... Students will regret and suffer it!

as if the yeye lecturers use to teach before. as if they don’t miss classes, just give scope of work and appear again on exams day. as if they don’t collect sorting money and sex to pass. what will change if they don’t teach? exams is all that matters they kukuma don’t teach prior.

It shows NANS don't want to go back to school. ASSU must obey the court.

Both parties should shift grounds for the sake of the students.

Are you sure ASUU is not making an outrageous demand?
Re: ASUU: NANS Rejects FG's Black Market Judgement by yemex04(m): 4:50pm On Sep 21, 2022
Does this statement represent the interest of all Nigerian Students? I doubt! otherwise what should be important of the Student should be going back to school..How that is achieved should not be of major concern to them but it appears the whole strike is far beyond the reasons alluded to by ASUU going by this position of NANS...

ASUU should return back to the classes

There is a clause for "no work no pay" in principle of collective bargaining. It's an international standard and FG invoke it and it's lawyers explain it's merit very well in court and won.

No stories. If you guys check well, FG is stupid, ASUU is also very stupid. Everybody dey fight for his stomach then ASUU will carry student matter small add am to make it look like it's not a personal struggle.

Thunder faya ASUU

Thunder faya Ngige

Thunder faya all NG VCs

These VCs are rouges and criminals. They are the once fleecing students. Acceptance fee, internet fee, convocation fee, regularization fee. Any VC can wake up on Monday and add any fee to the list of fees.

I blame FG for not coming on air to explain the kind of corruption going on in our tertiary institutions.

Let ASUU resume.

By the way

NANS too is stupid!!!! Thunder faya the

NANS is not a party to the case and cannot accept or reject a valid court judgement.

Very useless people. See people FG went to court for, to ensure they are back to school. The useless NANS doesn't want school again. Nigerians are a set confused people. Lecturers on strike, you curse FG. Court says Lecturers must call of strike, you curse FG. People who don't know what they want. Cursed generation.

So una big pass courts?

Abeg withdraw their salaries and mass terminate them

I'm with students on this one. We have lots of graduates that qualified at home and abroad looking for jobs

Lol, home and where? Who for abroad go come collect that rubbish wey them call salary? Izz like head de pain you.

Anyway, one of the reason ASUU Dey on strike na because of earned allowance. You know Wetin that earned allowance be? You no know, make I tell you: ratio of students to lecturers too much. To reduce that ratio, govt need employ more lecturers. But either them no fit find qualified people to employ or them no wan employ, so them decide the pay the lecturers allowance to teach those extra students wey dem no suppose the teach. The point be say govt no fit or no wan employ. So perish any idea of say govt go sack anybody employ new people because them no go see who to employ.

Are these the students we hope to be leaders of tomorrow? Students without respect for the rule of law.

Referring to the judgment of National Industrial Court as black market judgment is to say the least ridiculous!

I don't know why majority of the people from the North think and behave somehow. FG can't pay ASUU right? FG can maneuver and use injunction to compel ASUU to class room? The court has no such power. The verdict is dead on arrival.

No government has disrespected the judiciary and court of law, like PMB and APC, so ASSU and NANS can do as they please, they are following the footsteps of this government.

You were making sense until the last sentence were u said Atiku is coming. Is Atiku Obi ? Is Obi Atiku? Don't say such thing again

Re: ASUU: NANS Rejects FG's Black Market Judgement by chuksbobby12: 12:23am On Sep 23, 2022
There's only one way to end ASUU strike, All public officials must send their children to Nigerian public universities, if your child goes to a foreign university, you will be automatically impeached. If this is done, it will Also help in solving the security challenges in Nigeria, because when we have the children of these politicians in Nigerian public schools, they will take security serious. If you don't want your child to attend Nigerian public university, then stay away from contesting for public offices at any level
