Well, the problem of Nigerian babes not all but 80% of them is the same problem in Nigeria, they want you to do everything for them like you are their father.
If you go to Africa night club, you will the see them waiting for you to buy them drinks etc
Only few of them contribute to the relationship.
If you have dated other races especially white lady then you will understand.
A white person understand sharing bills to help the household, only few Nigerians ladies does that.
Your birthday, you will spend and their birthday you will spend.
His money is our money but her money is for herself mentality.
I know many that are facing big challenges due to their wife not contributing to the marriage yet they are working.
Something that is common with Nigeria women in Nigeria.

the most importat question IS: why would a Nigerian person pay thousands of $$ to travel accross the world, to then associate with people he/she can meet back home?!?!? i think that is the most senseless thing to do.

open your mind, discover the world, indulge, get out your comfort zone, mingle with different people with different cultures and get adventurous with the world.

There are still good nigerian women abroad but the problem is most men want slay queen. Or go for ass or boobs. Many of the ladies abroad too Nigerian inclusive are not marriage material for the kind of marriage many Nigerian men want. I have lots of them around me . Living above their means, living in luxury apartments that take 70% of their salary, eating out/ ubereats with little or no cooking, multiple holidays in a year, expensive ring and wedding is also a requirement. The truth is many of them will wreck you and still throw you out hahahahah

I am currently living in the Gambia' let me tell you something , Gambian girls are real sweet they ain't leeches , they treat u with respect and adore you as long as you a good man. No billing , they aren't materialistic all they want is real love care n affection. They won't even allow u pay for their taxi trip , here women like to split the Bill's..
In Nigeria most girls feel you gotu spend on them to prove that u really do love them.

Let me tell you the truth, Nigerians ladies dont like black men especially Nigerian men. The reason you have nothing to offer them. Is it the prevalent mysogyny in Nigeria, were you will want to control them. Also, they are looking for permanent stay and money, most black guys will not offer them that. Finally, they like their voice to be heard and understood, most nigerian guys will not allow that.

There are still good Nigerian women in abroad, both single and married.

Yes. Many of our women become overnight "woke" or forget their culture or even start telling you how they dislike their own culture at home and how they believe oyinbo culture and ways are the best. This is why Nigerian marriages struggle abroad. Of course, some Nigerian men too have some blames here too. Some of them will start practicing "red pill" nonsense that is not according to our culture as well.

My advise to any single Nigerian abroad is that once your potential partner is already showing the traits of "wokeness", "oyinbo culture is best in the world", "red pill" and you still believe in your native ways, set boundaries around that relationship. Otherwise you will regret it later if you get over involved by marriage, children involved etc.

We are tired of saying same thing.
However if you want to embark on such a mission, make sure the Nigerian woman you would want to marry is your BLOOD SISTER. For that's the only way you can escape any nemesis. MARRIAGE is no longer the shortest cut to happiness rather it's now the reverse. This has nothing to do with Nigerian women! After all, a white woman just murdered our brother in Florida recently! People should start learning how to live without others. When you realize you can't stay with someone and his or her presence irritates you, please QUIT!

The only woman that can guarantee you peace of mind is your Genetic SISTER. I rest my case!

I agree you must obey the laws of foreign countries so that you don't end up in Jail. But I disagree that you must forsake all your own culture and your own people to accept all the foreign culture. You can learn new better ways if it’s actually working better than your ways at home, but I bet you, everything cannot be bad about your culture that you have to completely embrace foreign culture over yours.

Only we black people make this mistake in the world. Arabs, Indians, Chinese don't do that. Even the westerners don't do it.

This issue here is mainly in the black immigrant community in western countries, where we neglect our ways the moments we land in foreign lands.

This type of behavior is very rare in other immigrant communities all over the world.

Ordinary relationship and marriage, we cannot manage within our community once we are in foreign land.

again, there are Nigerians everywhere on earth, and i suggest you associate with local people when abroad, rather than Nigerians.

If you're clearly intentional in seeking out any woman who has emotional intelligence among your pool of female friends, then marry her when you find her, and she'll give you near-absolute peace of mind. This applies to all Diasporan Nigerian women and non-Nigerian women.

To be the better man for any woman, a man has to learn the specifics of emotional
intelligence as well then define what you want and place a value on yourself based on self-respect. Without these aspects, a man will experience punishing lessons down the road from women be they Black, White or Brown. No doubt!

When you get to the U.S., UK, or Canada, relate discretionarily with everyone and learn about the eclectic mix of cultures but you must socialize with discretion with
Nigerians in the Diaspora to hit the ground running.

The Indians, Chinese, Jewish, Russian, Norwegian, and Irish Diasporans help one another. Why should anyone here encourage new Nigerian immigrants not to mix with the rest of
the Nigerian Diaspora? That's a knee-jerk advice.

Yes. I agree every culture has one or two areas of improvement. My point is that many black Africans ignorantly believe everything about their culture is bad and that everything foreign to their culture is better. And they will end up copying both the good and the bad of their adopted culture.

I agree your exposure to new ways of doing things in other cultures should help you to improve your culture, not to copy bad practices of the other culture.

Those things the foreign culture called toxic, are they truly toxic? What is their origin, politics or humanity?

An example, in Nigerian, Indian, Chinese and many Eastern European, Arabian cultures around the world, the man is the head of the family but in American culture, both man and woman are head of the family.

When you find immigrants from Nigeria, India, China, Eastern Europe, Arabs in America, only Nigerians will massively be debating or challenging why a man is the head in the family. I am not saying it's not happening in other immigrant communities all in the US but it's very rare.

At the end of the day, we get ourselves in this type of discussion we are having here, whereas there are better things we can start adopting or copying from the western technologies and know-how to better our race.
