Banana is my favourite flavour, (if not my most favourite) so sometimes, I think of ways to make something with bananas.

So today, I'll show you how I made some delicious cakes, using fully ripe bananas.

For this recipe, the ingredients I used are:

Flour (300g)
Baking powder (3 teaspoon)
Salt (1/2 teaspoon)

Flavoured margarine (200g)
Sugar (200g)
Eggs (3 big)
Fully ripe Bananas (3 medium)
Vanilla flavour (2 teaspoon)

Pictures 2, 3,4: Creaming the Margarine, sugar, eggs, with vanilla flavour.

Dayum! Smells good from over there.

Do you currently monetise your bakings and cookings or you're just doing all these as a hobby and for your in-house consumption?

You reckon adding pina colada drink, and blackcurrant toppings is daring? Then your banana cakes must be really sweet!

So, aside from purified water, what healthy, less sugary drinks do your suggest as a chef can go with your

So, I not only enjoy doing it, I monetize it.

The cake was just so flavourful.
I refrigerated mine, and by the next day, the flavour became more intense in a pleasant way.

I had mine with hot pure cocoa (which is bitter) to balance out the sweetness.
I enjoyed it.
I usually have my cakes with pure cocoa, so that I don't feel guilty.

OK. I was supposed to have eggs for breakfast o, but then, there's this chocolate chip cookies that I always have (and every single cookie is baptized with chocolate chips), so I decided to have that instead, but I made sure to punish myself with a cup of pure cocoa, to make up for my sin.

Though you can't rule out the herbal sides of them..My mom ga asi nwoke kwesiri i na añu ihe ndi di bitter..guy woman.

She stopped sugar consumption when we are growing up..And we adjusted to it..I can take pap like that or highest with milk..

And the usual proteins.

No sugar in beverages.

I eat cake, but it comes up like an aphrodisiac for me..Just like when I take Banana.

Mana after all..I will still like a bitter something to balance.
