I want to know if an employee's bank account can be monitored by the employer if the employer isn't comfortable with the life style of the employee. I mean employee living beyond his/her means can the Bank grant the employer access to monitor a staff's salary account?

Na waoo.. what's the employer's business with employee's account? Na witchcraft

Even my Nephew that's staying with me whom I give pocket money every month despite the fact he doesn't lack anything.. I provides everything for him apart from his hair cut and bathing soap. Yet I never monitor how he spends the money I give him.. the only thing I do is offer him advice on how to be prudent with his spending. It is totally his right to spend the money anyhow he want.

Through the use of your BVN.... And most likely an insider in the bank you have accounts operating with... Some bank workers can give out your account balance and statement to a third-party without your consent for a token tip/bribe

I doubt it. But I can't say for salary accounts.

Why are you worried? are you pilfering your employers money, or diverting employers fund or using employers resources to live above your means?
