There is that powerful saying "be careful what you wish for". Someone should drum that into the ears of Northerners insisting on the Presidency after 8 years of Buhari.

Such is unprecedented in Nigeria's history and we are approaching dangerous and uncharted waters with what the North is attempting. Especially at this stage Nigeria is as horribly divided as the period before the civil war.

God protect us all but history will not be kind to those, when the worst happens, whose selfishness and unreasonable outlook prevented them sacrificing for the greater good.

Who is threatening people not to vote their choice? They should. What I am telling you is that I expect sensible Northerners with influence to work for Tinubu and see him over the line because it is obvious to them what an Atiku Presidency could and likely will cost the North overall.

Let us see how it goes. Like I have repeated many times, SW will be fine whoever becomes President because the path we are on now is one no President can deviate us from. Not even Tinubu.

I really don't get some people. At the very least SW leaders will aggressively and unrelenting demand what is shown below till they gain it.

They are representatives of their people and their demands must be respected. Yorubas know how to agitate effectively, intelligently and productively.

If Atiku wins, showing us conclusively we are now "slaves" (Wike) of the North for another 8 years, then I expect Yoruba State and federal legislators will join what is shown below and back it fully.

What most are yet to understand is that Yorubas are not enamoured with the Presidency anymore and do not wan to endure with a central system having so much power and influence , with the potentials to be abused with serious consequences for many, concentrated in the executive arm of Governance.

All headed by an over-powerful Presidency that can use such powers maliciously, partisanly and unfairly.

Even the Presidency the Yorubas now view as a tool of progressive reform today. Nothing more. If Buhari had delivered what is shown below then no Yoruba will bother about the federal government ever again.

I am currently in Sabon Tasha. Kaduna North, Central and South are all Atikulated. Obi's supporters are basically Igbos.

I am still touring KD cities and villages. Villages even worse for Obi.

Don't be deluded...the country is already on the brink and a little push and it crumbles, no amount of military and intimidation will be able to stop a catastrophe if the southern and middle belt leaders unite against the core north and instigate the populace.

A lot of people are already seething, waiting for the slightest opportunity so those that think the country belongs to them should thread carefully.
