I'm deeply sorry for posting this here, I don't know which better place to post it.

I've been suffering from speech disorder for years now, and it's quite embarrassing. I was a chronic stammerer as a kid but at age 8, I could speak much better, I thought I was free. After my graduating from the polytechnic, depression set in due to so many damn things that befell me. I cut off from loved ones, I took delight in loneliness; I loved being lost in my thoughts.

Long story cut short...here I am, I can't communicate either with my mother's tongue or with English without stuttering.

Dear Learned Comrades, how do I break through from the shackles of stuttering?
