I can't really give a vivid explanation about different areas in China and Shipping method to use.

But my advice is, always choose the following shipping method e.g DHL, EMS, e-EMS, FEDEX IE, UPS, ARAMEX, TNT if you can afford their shipping fee.

If you can't afford it, always go for ALIEXPRESS STANDARD SHIPPING or ALIEXPRESS SELECTION STANDARD cos they are also reliable.
